One of the ways we worship God and bless others is through a life of generosity. Be encouraged that when you give to The Grove, you are partnering with others to give locally, nationally & globally. Why Do We Give?
Scripture tells us that the top competitor for our devotion to Jesus is money. Giving allows us to demonstrate that He is more important to us than material things.

You cannot out give God, so when you trust Him with your tithes and offerings, know He will bless you in return.

Christians should be the most generous people on earth and support worthy causes. There is no organization with more potential to change the world than the local church.
What Is Tithing?
A tithe—which just means “tenth”—is defined as the first 10% of a person’s income that is to be given back to the local church. Tithing is a principle taught throughout the entire Bible. When we tithe, we are expressing worship in a tangible way by putting God first in our lives. Bringing our tithes is an opportunity to give God our thanks, show that we trust Him, and fight against greed in our hearts.
